yes his father was benjamin franklin eaves. I have very little info on him and would love more. I know he ran a boat from the tennessee river up the Hiwassee to about where hwy. 411 is now. I know where he and his wife is buried. I was there a few years ago but didn't write anything down. Robert Elijah was my gf. he married 2nd sarah stephens, dau. of Joseph stephens.
