Still looking for family of David Eaves born in 1823, not known where, and died in 1893 in Hardin County, TN.
He married Sallie Davis born 1823 died 3 Sep 1896 In Hardin Co., TN.
They had a daughter, Margaret Ann born 20 Nov 1843. She married Alexander Branum.
They possibly had a daughter named Vicey (which may be short for Louise/a) who married Joseph Branum.
Most of their relatives migrated from South Carolina through/to Northern Alabama then into Southern Tennessee.
It is interesting that these two Eaves daughters, had daughters, who married brothers, named Paulk. The Paulks were also from SC. The Paulks, Whittens, Faires all had many Ministers in their families. In fact, these Paulks were descendant from Jonathan Paulk, who married Rebecca Ruth Stearns, sister of Shubael Stearns. Jonathan helped Shubael, both from Connecticut, found the Separatist Baptist Church in Guliford Co., NC and Union Co., SC
