There were 2 of them. The father John Dixon Eaton was born 1818 in Armstrong County, PA and died in 1893. The younger was his grandson and was born of Samuel Montier Eaton in 1877, Morgan County, MO. I would sure like to know a lot more about both of them as I am descended from John Dixon Eaton to Samuel Montier Eaton to Forrest Eaton to Patricia Loma Eaton.
