Do tell!I would be interested in an introduction to the Nova Scotia Eatons and their interaction with the Baptist faith.I recall seeing brief mention of Welsh Baptist immigrants heading to Canada, but nothing solid that I could identify. This portion of history from what I have read thus far, was discussed without specificity.
I'm compiling the information on the Baptist project now. I have noticed many of the books published on the subject gave repeated information with each generation of authored works offering little in new information.
I have also observed taht founding church members were not usually identified by surname, but with a number or perhaps a political location.I've also found that these founding church developers have often been related.
For instance, a description often given for the Sandy Creek Baptist Church in North Carolina founded by Shubeal Stearnsis that sixteen members started the church. The authors do not mention that therewere 8 pairs of husbands and wives. In the case of the Sandy Creek Church, three-fourths of them were related to each other directly or by marriage.
I think it's more interesting when the identities of the people can be attached to the situation.
