Still looking for the maiden name of Lucy, the second wife of Lewis Eastwood.
Would like to find the marriage record, and also the death record of Lucy Eastwood.
She most probably died in New York City, although she might have gone to live with one of her children outside of the city.
She is definitely dead by 1842, when Asa Eastwood says in his diary, at the death of his brother John Eastwood, "he was the last one, except myself, that was left of a numerous family, father, mother, step mother, brothers, sisters, half brothers, and half sisters, all have gone one after an other to the shades of eternal rest."
