We believe that he may come from the line of John Eastwood from Sebree, Ky. John had four sons. Perry (my great-great grandfather), Sidney, Benjamin, and James Warren. James Warren had a son, George Warren who married Eliza Kyle and one named Everett who married Lillian Kyle. This is speculation that he named his son, Kyle, after one of these. He may have come from Andrew Burgess Eastwood who moved to Texas. Andrew was one of Perry's sons. I am not sure about any of this. My mother believes this may be the link.
I have a note that Gertie (Eastwood) Donahoo says "we have heard our father speak of Uncle Sidney, Uncle Joe, Uncle Perry and Uncle Bob." Mrs Margaret (Eastwood) Gerbin says that she thinks that Robert and Joseph were not sons of John Eastwood but may have been cousins. Is this the Joseph you asked about?
