Sarah E. Smallwood marries Milton J. Eastwood, April 5, 1890 in the city of Wilmington, DE. He is born in Philadelphia, PA. This is Milton's second wife. His parents, Abram & Ann Lee were born in Manchester, England. Any help on this family would be greatly appreciated.
