I sent everything I had to Roberta Teague several years ago - family group sheets, pictures, etc. I've gotten no further on Henry Eastman than that - only theory. Henry married Eunice Constance Findley 22 Jul 1873 in Solano County, California. My search has been in New England, trying to find his parents and siblings. Have you done any research in Maine and New Hampshire? I have only two possible clues that I haven't been able to verify, from my grandmother - that Henry had some relatives named Willis, and that he had an uncle Harry. She had an excellent memory, but these two things were said when she was very ill, so it could have referred to other family members. It's been a real brick wall, but I'm still hoping for something. I try to check every bit of info I get, and go as far as I can with it. Anything you may have heard could help. Unfortunately, the story about Henry being a cousin of George, of Kodak fame, did not check out. I think it may have been one of those cases of history being rewritten as it is told. BTW, I did send some info to Roberta on the Teague line I'd found, but had no reply. Are you working on that line? You can E-Mail me - ellenb43@yahoo.com Notify Administrator about this message?
