John Eastham of Culpepper, VA..who's his daddy? help please

I have traced my husband's line back to John Eastham who married Polly Rothwell 1 July 1799 Albemarle County, VA.

My question is WHO are John's parents?

I think it may have been William and Frances Ann Byrd/Bird. I found this listed online, but I'm have no documentation.

Can anyone verify that William and Frances are John's parents? If so, what documentation is there to indicate this (or disprove it, if it's not the case).
