I suspect this George was the son of George W. Eastham, born 1879 according to the 1880 census for Greenup County Ky. He is living in Edward and Julia's household, age 21. There's also a notation that he is a coal miner and that he has a crippled ankle. I do not have any proof of my claim, but have a couple reasons for my assumption. I assumed Edward and Julia are George's fraternal grandparents, since he has the Eastham last name. Edward and Julia had 2 sons, George and John. John is excluded as the father of George born 1888 because on the 1900 census, John's household includes not only a son George born 1878, but a grandson Georgie born 1899. George is not found on the census after 1880, so he could have been deceased by 1900. It would be nice to find a marriage record for he and George's (1888)mother, if one exists. I do not think George born 1888 is a son of the divorced Belle, as one of her three children (Loftis or Leftis) is only 7 months separated from George in age.
[Edward Eastham, spouse of Julia Roberts Eastham, is a son of Hartwell Chandler Eastham and Isabelle McGuire. Hartwell and Isabelle (Ibby) are my 3xg-grandparents]
