If you look at early tax lists of Greene County, TN you will find Payton Randolph, father of John Randolph who was the father of one Nathaniel Easterly Randolph born ca 1829. John also had a son named Samuel who had a son named Nathaniel Easterly Newton Randolph born 1863 if I remember correctly. http://www.rootsweb.com/~tngreene/tax030.htm
Payton was living very near George Easterly and all his family at the time. George's son Caspar was the one that went to Illinois with his family. Other names of interest might be Reaves, Payne, and Bible.

I'm confused by your message that refers to the grandsons of Jacob Easterly. Do you mean Conrad?Hope this gives you some more clues to continue your search.
