Chillicothe, Ohio is in Ross County. The 1900 census for Ross Co. lists a Victor V. Easterday born in February 1896 in the household of William Easterday, born November 1865 in Ohio and his wife Clara, born June 1872 in Ohio. Might Victor V. be Victor Virgil?? Also in Ross Co. Huntington Twp. was Albert Easterday (Ostertag) born in Germany September 1825.
