I have Barney (probably Bernhard) b. in denmark, he had a son named Hans b. march 21, 1862 in denmark (possibly copenhagen). Hans married maria Willersen 1884 in denmark. they had ch.
Dora b. april 1885
Gertrude b. december 18, 1886
Bernard b. april 21, 1888
Ida b. july 1889
Charles b. Feb. 1891
Freddie b. April 22, 1894
Sadie lillian b. march 6, 1896
Edward b. sept. 24, 1898
Dora and gertrude were b. in denmark, the rest b. in NY. They are all together in the 1900 NY census but then they all spread out and I have been able to track all families except Dora and Ida. Probably married but cant find any records. Some ch. spell the name Esterby and some spell it easterby. The Osterby named changed upon immigration. some family went to upstate NY other to Long Island. I found one in CT. If anyone has any more info please contact me. I have more info on decendants of the above named people. thanks
