I can't see an obvious connection but I have Thomas ESTERBROOK (also spelt at various times Estabrook, Easterbrook and Hesterbrook) born in Ireland (Co Tyrone) ca 1826. His father was John. He died in Islington, London in 1880. Had children William Henry, Thomas, John Charles, Ernest, Herbert, Lavinia and Henry (Harry). Know what happened to the youngest three and John Charles died in Islington in 1937 but have no trace of the others after 1871 census.

I live in hopes of finding out more - a very elusive family.
