Hi Brett,
I didn't mention in my query long ago that John G. Eason and Martha Green Townsend who were married in Oglethorpe co. in 1833 had children....James RICE....Richard H....... Ewing Monroe........ John Townsend........Augustus...Martha Susan....and William Thomas. John G. Eason was suppose to have been born in Morgan county in abt 1820. I'm still looking for his parents. Do you know anymore then you did back then? I keep thinking with the RICE in his son's name that it could be Rice Eason. You have any thoughts on this?
