My branch of the Eason family migrated ,from I don't know where yet, to western AR. My great-grandfather was Newton Severe Eason,born in Waldron, AR in the 1860's. He moved on tho DeQueen, AR then to Broken Bow, OK. He married Mary Elgina Cunningham.
Trying to determine if Newton's father was O.B.Eason,possibly spelled Easson at that time.
My grandfather was James Albert,born 7/14/1886. Married Bertha Cora Benson in 1910 at De Queen.
My father Louie Harold Eason, born in Broken Bow in 1917.
Exchanging info may be productive for both of us. At least it will be fun and interesting
to look for links!
