Hi Brett,

I saw your posting and just thought I'd pass on the little information I have. I found Sophronia Jackson Eason living with her sister Joanna Jackson Robinson in the 1870 census for Heard County, GA. Joanna married Isaac H. Robinson in Carroll County (though I think most of the records I can find on him list him as J.H. Robinson or J.H. Robison). I think Joanna and Sophronia were the children of Ira G. Jackson from Carroll County.

I've been trying to track down Joanna Jackson for years and just recently found this connection with Sophronia. Joanna and Isaac Robinson's daughter Dora married John D. Smith Jr. and lived in Carroll County.

I don't know that this helps you at all but I'm trying to fill out the information on Joanna's siblings in the hope that I can learn more about what happened to her.
