I was interested in your "RE:" on the Eason web page because you referred to a "Obed" Eason.
My g. g. grandfather was called Doc because he was a doctor. Some family members are not sure but think his name was "O.B." or "Obie". That is pretty close to your name of "Obed". am wondering if there is a connection.
