Just read your query and think that there is a connection.My husband's mother was WINNIE EASON who married LIBY E. FREEMAN in Lavaca,cty tx. Winnie's father was William Eason Aug. 1851 Ga. his Wife, Winnie children Susie 1/1884,John R. 1/1886 Weslie 2/1890, Winnie 6/1893 Otho,12/1896 Myra ,Waymon also.These are all Winnie's brother and sisters .I found out about the funeral of William Eason in Houston Tx from the oldest of Winnie's children yesterday how the son from the first family had come down from Wichita Falls tx for the funeral in Houston Tx and came home with Winnie and Liby and stayed the night at their home in Weimar Tx. I believe that son's name was Henry.There was another 2 children also. Could their mother have been Lucretia Jane Allen? I would like to hear from you .
