The names Joseph and Barbara Eash strike me as familiar, and I believe I may know of the family-- being a direct descendent myself. However, I'm afraid I cannot give you specific information on anything of the sort other than when they first came to the US. The first Eash to arrive here, Pennsylvania, though I'm not sure exactly where, was Mennonite Bishop Jacob David Eash somewhere in the 1700's. I had to do this for a school project a few years back, so if I can find my notes, I could tell you exactly what year, and some more information (possibly).

I did find a site hosted by one Merle Yoder at that time though, a direct descendent of a family who intermarried with the Eash's several times. If you email him, I'm sure he could give you information. I'm no longer sure if you should email him at merleyoder@hotmail.com or merley@Phonon.com, but he sent me several scanned in articles, such as a letter and a page from a family bible (if I remember correctly. I lost all these files in a computer crash). Feel free to email me if you like.
