William Earpe NC and wife Annis--anyone know them?

Anyone recognize these Earpe's? May have been Earp's, Arp's, etc.

There was a William EARPE in Cherokee Co., Murphy Township, on the 1850 census, a miller b. NC. Wife Annis age 22, dau Martha age 2 & dau Mary age 6 months on 6/1/1850. Had a Nelly Bunting , age 25, with Mary A Bunting age 4 in the
household.
