I have found that John had 10 children, all of whom had names that began with the letter J. One of whom was Jeremiah who married a woman whose last name was Buford. They had at least one son named Jeremiah. Jeremiah had at least three boys, one was John and one was Jubal. Jubal got married in 1790 and had two boys named Joab and Henry. Jubal died and Joab and Henry were taken in and cared for by a family friend by the name of Samuel Hairston. Joab ended up marrying Ruth, daughter of Samuel Hairston and Judith Saunders whom was Scottish in 1812. Joab and Ruth had 10 children, 5 boys and 5 girls. I know 6 names: Judith, Joab, Samuel, Robert, Elizabeth and Jubal Anderson Early. Jubal was the second son born, 3rd of 10 children. Jubal hooked up with Julia McNealey (did not marry her) and had four children: Joseph born in 1850, Florence Annie born in 1858, Robert born in 1860 and Jubal L. Early born in 1864.
