John immigrated to the colonies in 1661 so I do not think your Patrick is one of his children. One of Patrick's ancestors could have been one of John's brothers. John's father was William married to Elizabeth. They either lived in Donegal Ireland or somewhere in England. If you want to go in that direction I would look at military records in Great Britain for anyone with the last name Early in the mid to late 1500's and 1600's.
