Nathan Early b.abt 1785 in Prince Georges Co, Md. became an orphan at about age 2. His father was William Early. Orphan's court papers show Admin. to be Thomas Early. Thomas was md. to Willamina Slye they had the following children.: Ann 1784,Thomas 1785, Willicia 1789,William E. abt 1790 and Leonard H. ABT 1790. Nathan as an adult moved to TN. (Rutherford or Franklin Co.) He md Elenor Rich and moved to Montgomery Co., Illinois in 1824. Several of their children moved to Hunt Co., Tx abt 1853. According to family legend, this family is related to the same line as that of Jubal Early. I would like to know more about the father William Early who died in Md. in 1787. If you know about any of the mentioned family members, your response would be greatly appreciated.
