I have hit a brick wall researching my Early line from Pemberton, Burlington County NJ. Catherine Early married William G. Jobes on June 11, 1843 in Burlington County, NJ. According to Catherine's death certificate she was born in Halfway, New Jersey. Her father's name is hard to read, poor handwritting on the death certificate but it looks like Levi or Leai Early and her mother's name is Susan. Catherine Early and William G. Jobes lived in Pemberton NJ when they were married. I haven't been able to locate Catherine's parents nor could I find the City of Halfway NJ on any map. Any help in locating her parents will be apprieciated.
