Before too many people ready my previous post on the subject, I'd like to retract my comment made in stupidity. This person told me she is a direct descendent of Jubal Early when in fact she is not. None of us are. Unless he had children I don't know about.
There is a book called The Faimily of Early . . . written by Ruth Hairston Early. She wrote a good bit about Jubal and included a picture of him as a cadet. This book is available from Wiggins book Company they deal in geneological books. There are a lot of discrepencies in the book, but there is a lot of very useful information as well.
I want to eventually compile a book or volumes on descendents of John Early. If you are related to Jubal, you are a descendent of John. Please email me if you are interested in participating in any way.
