This is Cym Early from Seattle, WA. My Grandfather's name was, Harry Early. He was born in 1899 -- in Kansas, although he worked extensively in Indianna. He served in the US Army in France during WW I.
He married a woman named, Alma Reed (b. 1902) who I believe was from the Iowa/Minnesota Region. I realize that does not precisely match what you were asking for but I thought it might be worth a shot.
