MARGARET F. EARLY
Margaret F. Early, nee Foust, beloved wife of the late Charles; loving mother of Joe (Marci), Margie (Dan) Cekander and Marion (Gary) Nehmer; cherished grandmother of Claire and Emily Cekander; and Tim, Kira and the late Kevin Nehmer; treasured great- grandmother of Morgen Brewington-Nehmer; dear sister of the late Jeanette Fisher. Margaret began her career as a teacher in TN. She served in the Red Cross in England and Germany during and after WWII. She joined the USO and lived in Japan before and during the Korean Conflict, where she met and married Chuck. As the wife of an Army officer, Margaret lived in many places, most recently in River Forest and Arlington Heights. Memorials to Children's Cancer Connection (The Heart Connection), 1221 Center St., Ste. 12, Des Moines, IA 50309-1014, would be appreciated. Visitation Wednesday 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12:30 p.m. at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy, Palatine.
