Hello! Just got in some bapt. records for my grandmother's line of SWIFTS. On Margaret SWIFT's bapt. born Sept. 25, 1895, the sponser is (hard to read) a Gulichmus CARDEN and Margaretta EARLEY. This I suppose is Latin spellings for these names. The church was St. John the Evangelist Church in Pittston, PA. I am trying to determine if there is a connection to my lines which so far go like this:
SWIFT KELLY CARDEN GARDNER NOONAN.
There is also a Hellena O'Boyle on another record and a Anna CURLY on another record and a DOUGHERTY or DAUGHERTY on another record. Any connectons?
Thanks so much!
Sincerely,
Cathy
