You are right. They were certainly not original when they named their children. Daniel sounds like a real possibility as Sam's brother. Are we back to the three brothers who left Ireland story. Did they all travel in threes back then? One of my other Armstrong County relatives, Philip Templeton, came from County Tyrone supposedly with two brothers. That's what makes this such fun. There is always a new mystery to be solved.
