Its probaby years too late but I am related to the Eames in Newhall, South Derbyshire and with regards to the two marriages of Joseph, I have a marriage in 1844 at St. Peters Church, Stapenhill to Emma Mansfield. They had three children James Andrew 1845, George 1847 and Ann 1848. I also have a burial in St Johns Churchyad, Newhall in August 1849 of Emma Eames but am not 100% it is the same Emma. Joseph then married Ann Bridge in 1850 also at St. Peters. Does this match your records.
