I believe your two Pleasant Lafayette Ealys to be the same.

First one is confirmed by my second cousin who heard the story from him (P.L.) of moving in a wagon at the end of the Civil War from Tenn. to Belle Plaine, IA and that his father was James. Louisa Greenlee was not his mother, but James was married four times. Half brothers were Sam and Grand.

Second one is my ggrandfather, buried at Oak Grove Cemetery, Adonis, MO. (Polk County)

Additional Children you did not have listed:

Clark Ealy

Ethel Ealy b. 10-18-1909 d. 12-4-1989
m. 12-21-1932 Clifton Blanton

Harry Amos Ealy b. 8-1-1896 d. 1-18-1906
(buried with P.L. and Minnie)

Charles Ealy

Amanda Mae Ealy b. 3-11-1904 d. 9-29-1979
m. Wilburn Walden (Amanda & Wilburn buried in same cemetery as P.L. and Minnie)

I will provide Wife of James (Mother of P.L.) and other siblings when Second cousin digs it out. Please send other info on James and Adam if you have it.
