Eagle families lived at Ballycronog, Ballygreany, Mullanabattog & recently at Lurgan, Co. Armagh - here are some extracts from Legnacreeve / Braddox Presbyterian Churches.
1829 - Alexander Eagle & Elizabeth Clarke married
1831 - William & Christine Eagle at Ballycronog, Monaghan
1847 - Thomas Sweeten & Eliza Eagle at Ballygreany
1877 - John Eagle & Sarah Bradshaw at Ballygreany
1882 - Alexander Eagle & Mary Bradshaw at Ballygreany
1856 - Thomas Browne of Bryanlitter married Ann Jane Eagle of Ballycronog
1935 - William Eagle (aged 45) of Clontibret married Jeannie Ross of Mullanabattog
1993 - Mrs Jean Eagle (aged 96) died at Lurgan, Co. Armagh but originated at Clontibret & buried there.
