I did find out who his parents were. In the Arkansas,Lonoke County census he was listed as a boarder with a Henry Eagle. His parents and himself were born in Arkansas according to the census.
In the 1910 census he was in Eagle Township
Listed with his wife Catherine B, Mother-in-Law ,Sidd Stephens; Niece, Ammie M.L. and Nephew Marvin
In the 1920 census with another wife Beatrice, B-n-l, Wilibe Stephens, niece, Macree, niece, Maranlee and nephew Charlie.
