I know nothing further about any of the Eads children. If my understanding is correct, Cynthia could easily have died in Oct. 1909 and still appeared on the 1910 census. It's my understanding that they began taking the field information for the census several months prior to the deadline for transferring the field notes to the official forms which were sent to the government. In other words, the date the information was transcribed to the form was not the same date the information was gathered.
While researching the Etchison family who would have been cousins to the Eads children, - (through Reuben Kelly's daughter, Margaret) - I found an obituary for one in Loveland, CO which mentioned a neighbor, Tom Eads. I wondered if some of Rachel's children might have moved to Colorado and settled near family there. I haven't yet followed up on that.
Thanks for the additional leads - I'll follow up on them, and let you know if I find anything new.
