Eades Family Genealogy Forum

I am descended from William Henry EADES, born c. 1815 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, mother's name Mary. William Henry EADES was tried at teh Assizes in 1832 and transported to Sydney in 1833 for 14 years. He was convicted of robbing his master (who was a whipmaker to whom William H was apprenticed). His sons were John, William, Harry, Michael, Benjamin and Joseph, and his daughter Mary. William Henry died of apoplexy in 1862 in Pyalong, Victoria. EADES descendants are still farming in the district today. I would be happy to hear from you if you think we have common ancestors as I have a lot of information to share about the Australian descendants.
