Gale, I have the 1850 Wayne Co., KY Census. I found a Sarah EADS, age 87, b. VA living with Jacob EADS, 53 b. NC, and his wife, Adah NORMAN. The marriage records for Jacob and Adah/Ada indicate that he is the son of Charles EADS.
There are no BRAMBLETTS in the 1850 Census. Many families from Bedford Co., VA settled in Wayne Co., KY.
