Jim, alot of the EADS/EADES migrated in the south to MO and westward. The Newsletter mentioned in one of my earlier msgs is a qroup of people who sent info to Bill, now deceased, and he would put it in the newsletter for $10 a yr. the newsletter was about a dozen pgs, give or take, all hand typed. The $10 paid for materials and mailing. They have a reunion, get together once a year.They have been planning a book. I do not know how far they have come in this endeavor. My ancstor Frederick Eads was born in Wayne CO NY and moved to Monroe Co MI. I do not know who his father is, been searching since 1976. My friend is descended from Henry EADS MD? I think its MD and has been to several of the reunions. That is how I found out about the newsletter. I have been trying to tie into the NE EADS/ You can also check out the EADS site on Genforum.
