What was the correct spelling of Susanna Mostell(er/a)?

William Eachus (John, William, John, Robert) ca 1800, has been published on the internet as marrying Susanna Mostella. Papers in my family show the spelling as “Mosteller”. In fact, the census of 1810 show three men (one in East Nantmeal where William and Susanna raised their children) with the same spelling. Could someone verify this?
