Darroll,

Your query regarding James M. Dyson in Wilkes Co., GA makes me hopeful you might know more about this family.

I have William H. Dyson who married Sarah A. Unknown. He was b. about 1807 in GA, and I do have some information on his family after his move to Holmes Co., MS. I recently found a GA Lottery Reference to Wilkes Co., so in checking Wilkes Co. in 1840, I found William H. Dyson and John H. Dyson, both in 164th Dist. and James M. Dyson in 175th Dist.

Am hoping to know if these men are brothers or related in some other way, and of course, who their parents were, and anything else you might know about them.

I sure hope you are still active in the forums. Could use your help.

Thanks very much,

Brenda Hawkins
