My family is from Wakefield area (England) and I wondered whether there may be a connection.
I was born in the village of Wrenthorpe in 1935. Father was Willie and mother Laura Jane Brown.
Willie Dyson's mother was married 3 times (she outlived them all) one of whom was Samual Dyson (his father).
Willie had sisters Elsie & Sally, and brother Jack.
My mother (Brown) had elder brother Earnest, who emigrated in the maiden voyage of the Queen Mary to Philadelphia (USA).
