Sorry bout all those E-mails - must learn to use this thing. Dug through my junk, and found a few LWT'S I overlooked.

A will for James Dyson, filed in 96 district on March 7, 1784 (Box 28 & 649). Executors
wife Margaret, Daniel Dyson, William Anderson
Children listed: James, John, Abraham, Isaac,
Daniel Dyson. Land of James Dyson on "Saludy
River & Goose Pond Creek."

A will for John Dyson (probably son of James
Dysoln above). He died in 1825, and a bill
to partition was filed in Newberry (Pkg-13).
Following persons listed: widow Polly-m-
]Stephen Jones, Sr., childred: Melinda-m-
Stephen Jones, Jr., Abram, Peggy, Polly C.,
John S., James, Rebecca, and Thomas Dyson.
Note: John S. Dyson listed here probably my
GGGRnfther.

A will filed in 96 district dated Oct 12,
1812 for Capt. Adam Crain Jones, Sr. lists
among others, the following grandchildren:
Peggy, Rebecah, Nancy , Malinda, John S. Jones and Sally S, Jones, and Polly Dyson,
the children of deceased Adam C. Jones, Jr.
Note: this Jones family same as those inumerated in the 1850 Abbeville census as
neighbors of John S. and Jane Dyson.
