Gertrude Annie Dyson born September 1871 (probably in Attercliffe cum Darnall)to Charles and Catherine nee Hadfield. The only likely candidate for her in the 1881 census is a niece living with the Holland family in Whiston, Yorks.
Can anyone tell me the connection between these families? Cannot work out in what way she was a niece - or is this just another term for a lodger?
