I'm having a problem with the information I have found on these two - the "top" of my genealogy tree. Every reference I've found to Joseph is that he was born in Ireland about 1700, married Marie Martin in 1715 (when he would have been only 15 years old), had four children (the last one born about 1735), and then died in 1731 four years before the last child was born. Something is wrong here!
Does anyone have any other dates that make more sense than these? If so, do you have any documentation (difficult to get back that far, I know)?
