Bennett Dynes, my grandfather, was born in 1805 --though that date seems questionable seeing that his children were born in 1872,73,75,77,79. He would have fathered his first child when 67 years old. I don't think so. These children were named Harriet J, Elizabeth E., Massie B., Barton S., and George Cole Dynes who was my father's father.
