A breakthrough! I have now seen a copy of Jane DINES¹s baptismal record, Parish of Boughton Malherbe, Kent, and have been given the name Startup as that of her first husband, before she married John HAYHURST in Manchester in 1860. Yet to confirm that. I found her through a Hayhurst descendant here in Wellington.

Who knows of other DINES/DYNES in Kent?
