Sorry for the delay in responding. I'm also sorry that I don't have any info on your John from Glencoe. If I'd had the extracts from the Tartaraghan parish registers, I'd expect to find the marriage there. The registers begin in 1824, 10 years before the marriage. John does not seem to have been a very popular name amongst the Dynes, so he may not be too difficult to trace.
