I have been searching for my Grandfathers birthplace and parents. All the people that I know of in England with the surname Dyes were descended from him - but I don't know where he came from. Thomas Edward Dyes was probably born on June 6th 1873 and married an Elizabeth Mary Barber on January 27th 1895. He may have been a bastard son of a girl with the surname Dyes.

Any help of information would be very welcome. Thanks
