I looked through my information and found a Bernhard Dyck (b)ABT 1791 in Neuendorf, Russia,, his parents are Peter Dyck and Maria. I'm not sure if this is the same one since this is all I have. Dyck was interchanged through the years with its spelling of Dyeck and Dueck.
Its a place to look,, I hope I've been of some help,, let me know if you find out anything else.
