You and he share the same grandfather, but different grandmothers since Jay Christie Dyas remarried. Lillian is who my parents remember. Thetis lived with my grandparents until she died. (my grandparents Edward Joseph Dyas (your grandfather's brother) and Clara (my grandmother). This in a sense makes us distance cousins.
But please contact Martin Dyas at that address. I'm sure he would be very interested. My mom has informed me that we also have pictures of YOUR grandfather in old family albums, if you are interested.
